As a feminist, I'm completely sold on the incredible powers women are sitting on. We need more of us not just in business but at the table and in political office running things and making the big decisions. I dream of women as heads of states where war is not the answer, business is about taking care of customers (not simply getting them to open their wallets) and relationships are about how we can help each other (not what can you do for me).
