sleepStress, anxiety, late work hours, early work hours, kids crying, restless spouse – there are so many reasons why we get less sleep than we need.  Studies and our own bodies tell us that sleep is one of the most important things we need to sustain ourselves.  Without sleep, our energy drops, our health declines and, consequently, we do not live to our full potential.   There are ways to correct this.  The best way to remedy insomnia is to address the cause but that may take time and work.  In the meantime, we need sleep.  A good interim solution is sleeping pills.
