The holidays are a joyous and fun time of year, when we get to spend time with family and friends and perhaps take long-overdue vacations from the daily grind of work, school, meetings, schedules, etc. But, honestly, the laid-back and treat-heavy parties can wreak havoc on our skin and diets. Of course, it helps if we spend a little extra time combating the damage in between holiday binges. Just doing daily brisk walks, facial masks and deep-breathing exercises can work wonders and help to keep you from straying too far off the healthy track during your holiday vacation.
